Most people visit Ephesus as a day trip, but Andy and I decided to stay in the nearby town of Selcuk. Not only did we really like the town, but it had some great ruins within walking distance from our hostel, and this gorgeous castle. The castle was closed at the time, but we did enjoy exploring the ruins right outside of it.

Thanks. Great that you are loving Turkey, we had a lot of fun there too. The castle was pretty cool. We were surprised to see it when the sun came up a we had arrived in Izmir at midnight.
